Coming soon, an appliance that stabilizes food waste by air drying it. This prevents microbial activity and the resulting odour. It is designed to release humidity from the waste into open air, and dries the waste faster and with less energy than enclosed waste dryers. It collects food scraps, on the counter top. You can toss the dried scraps in the green bin, or make a fertilizer infusion without composting or vermicasting.
